What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is from 3 p.m., and check-out by 10 a.m. Any deviations are subject to confirmation and availability.
What happens if I arrive after 6 p.m.? Please get in touch with us by telephone beforehand. You will then receive a code for our key safe, together with the necessary information.
Can I check out later than 10 a.m.? Subject to availability and for a small additional fee, you can book a later check-out time.
Where do I collect the keys for my holiday home/apartment? You can collect your key when checking in, and after paying the deposit, at our reception, open daily from 8 a.m. till 6 p.m.
Can I arrive earlier than 3 p.m.? If the holiday home/apartment you have booked is already empty and cleaned, then you can of course collect your keys earlier. You would merely have to ring up at reception 1 to 2 days before your arrival to enquire about this.
Can I pay by credit card? Yes, though please note that we charge a 5 % credit card fee when paying this way. You can also pay by EC card or in cash. You can also transfer the payment to our account in advance.
Can I bring my pet with me? Schlosspark Bad Saarow: Yes, but please indicate this when making the booking. The fee for your quiet, clean, and friendly pet is € 5 per night. Who should I contact in case of an emergency when the reception is closed? A current telephone number for the on-call staff can be found at reception.
Will someone come to give the holiday home/apartment an interim clean? Generally, no. If you should desire this, please give us a call. Any extra cleaning will incur an additional charge.
Is a final cleaning service provided? How much does it cost? The final cleaning service at Schlosspark Bad Saarow is included in the price; should you want any interim cleaning done, please contact us.
At the Goetheresidenz and in the Villa Kurpark, the final cleaning service costs € 45 and € 50 respectively. At the Seevilla Fontane, the final cleaning service costs € 70.
In the booking confirmation, it says that I should pay in cash or by EC card when checking in, yet in the booking conditions it states that a 30% down payment will be charged. What happens now? The payment modalities indicated in the booking confirmation are binding. For short-notice bookings, payment upon arrival is possible.
Are bedding and towels provided? Schlosspark Bad Saarow: No. You can either bring your own bedding and towels, or hire some for a fee. Bedding is € 8/person, a towel set is € 5 per person. The beds are not made up. Goetheresidenz, Villa Kurpark, Seevilla Fontane: Yes. The beds are made up.
What is the procedure for checking out? On your departure day, the holiday home/apartment should be vacated by 10 a.m. Other times are available upon request. On the day before, please come to reception to arrange a time for the home/apartment hand-over. Following the hand-over to one of our staff, please come to reception for your final invoice.
What sort of utensils, furnishings, and facilities can I expect to find in the holiday home/apartment in Bad Saarow?Our holiday homes/apartments feature practical and functional furnishings, facilities, and utensils. There are no personal decorations. The kitchens are fully equipped with cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and microwave. The homes/apartments also feature a washing machine and a laundry rack. You can borrow an ironing board and iron from our reception. Please note that for reasons of hygiene, the holiday homes/apartments do not contain any foodstuffs, condiments, cooking oils, etc.
How many keys will I receive? 2 keys per holiday home/apartment, and 1 key for the waste disposal area.
