When is arrival, when is departure?
Arrival is from 3 p.m. and departure is possible until 10 a.m. Other times upon agreement and availability.
What if I arrive later?
Please contact us in advance by phone. You will then receive a code for our key safe and the necessary information.
Can I leave later than 10 a.m.?
If available, you can book a late check-out for a small surcharge.
Where can I get the key for my holiday home or apartment?
You will receive the keys at check-in after paying the deposit in our reception.
Can I arrive earlier than 3 p.m.?
If your booked holiday home or your booked holiday apartment is already free and clean, you can of course pick up the keys earlier. You would only have to call us at the reception 1 to 2 days before your arrival.
Can I pay with credit card?
Yes, you can pay with your credit card, EC card or in cash or you transfer the amount to our account.
Can I bring my pet with me?

Please indicate this when booking. The fee for your calm, clean, peaceful pet is € 10 per night. Maximum occupancy 2 pets per house.

A current telephone number for the on-call service can be found at the reception.

As a rule, no. If you want this, call us. This additional cleaning is chargeable.

The final cleaning is included in the price, if you want an intermediate cleaning, please contact us.

The payment terms specified in the booking confirmation are binding. For short-term bookings, payment is possible on arrival.
Are bed linen and towels provided?

How does the key return work?
On the day of departure, the holiday home or apartment should be vacated by 10 a.m. Other times by arrangement. You make an appointment the day before for the house or apartment inspection. After acceptance by a housekeeper, please come to the reception for billing.
What equipment in the holiday home or apartment in Schlosspark Bad Saarow can I expect?
Our holiday homes and holiday apartments are practical and functional. We do not use personal decorations. The kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and microwave. Both washing machine and drying rack are part of the equipment. You can borrow an iron and ironing board from reception. Please remember: For hygienic reasons, there are no foods, spices, oils or similar in our holiday homes or apartments.
