Marinapark Scharmützelsee + holiday park on Glubigsee

• Each holiday unit in the Schlosspark Bad Saarow and in the Marinapark Scharmützelsee has a parking space at the house. If you are traveling with more than one car, please park in the parking lots marked "Z" or in the large parking lot on the premises - see map Schlosspark / map Marinapark Scharmützelsee
• There is one parking space for guests of the apartments in the Goetheresidenz (comfort size 3.50 × 5.00 m)
  reserved.
• Public parking spaces in front of the house are available to Villa Kurpark guests.
• There is a parking space in the underground car park for guests of the apartment in the Seevilla Fontane and the apartment Villa Seeblick.
• There is a parking space in front of the house for guests of the Charming Apartments.
  

• Departure should be before 10 a.m.
• Please make an appointment at the reception one day before your departure.

Holiday apartment / holiday house in Schlosspark Bad Saarow and in Marinapark Scharmützelsee:

• Please read the electricity and water meter on arrival and departure.
• The houses are heated by the stove. Electric underfloor heating or electric wall radiators can also be used. The heat generation in the sauna and the hot water preparation (instantaneous water heater) take place via electricity.
• The apartment / house is preheated to at least 15 degrees in winter.
• Water costs: € 7.50  / m³
• Electricity costs: € 0.65 / kWh
  
• Gas costs: € 4,75 / m³
  
• Electricity, water and heating are included in the apartments in Bad Saarow and the wind rose in Wendisch Rietz.
  

• You can buy firewood for the fireplace at the reception. (10 € / basket)
• Please only clean the chimney when the ashes have cooled completely.
• An ash bucket is available for the cold ash.
  

• Free WiFi is available on the grounds of Schlosspark Bad Saarow
• We receive the signal across the Scharmützelsee, so there can be large fluctuations every now and then
• You will receive an access code for each house
  

Pets in the Schlosspark Bad Saarow and in the Marinapark Scharmützelsee

• Pets (no cats!) are welcome (maximum 2 pets per house) and must be registered when booking.
• Please note: animals are not allowed on furniture or in beds. The holder is liable for any damage or contamination.
• Leashes are mandatory on the entire site.
• Dogs are not allowed at the swimming area at Schlosspark Bad Saarow.
• The following applies to the apartments in Bad Saarow and the wind rose in Wendisch Rietz: no pets
  

The following services are not included in the rental price:

• Security deposit: € 100 / Fünen XXL, Falster XXL, Holiday House "Am Wald": € 200 on arrival ..
• Tourist tax in Bad Saarow: € 2 per adult / day; 1 € per child (10 - 17 years) / day, from 01.01.2024: € 3 per adult / day; 1.50 € per child (10 - 17 years) / day,
• Tourist tax in Wendisch Rietz: € 2 (from 16 years) per person / day
• Bedding set (€ 11 per person, consisting of 1 sheet, 1 pillow, 1 duvet cover),
  Towel set (€ 8 per person, consisting of 1 shower towel, 1 towel, 1 bath mat)
• Energy and Water consumption (see above)
• Firewood (€ 10 per basket)
• Pets (€ 10 per animal per night) (no cats allowed)
• Children's travel bed (€ 10.00), high chair (€ 5.00), stair gate (€ 5.00) / per stay
• Our travel beds have a width of approx. 60 cm and a length of 110 cm and are suitable for children up to max. 3 years. Pillows, duvet and bed linen are not included.
• Bed linen / towels are included in the apartments in Bad Saarow (beds made). Electricity, water and heating are also included.
  

• Floor plans, pictures, displayed furniture and graphic representations are exemplary and therefore non-binding in relation to the rental object. The floor plans are not suitable for taking measurements for furniture / installations.
  

• Extra bed for max. 2 children on the fold-out sofa bed
• The sofa bed is on the open gallery (no blackout options)

• +2 = in the Villa Kurpark it is possible to book up to 2 extra beds on the couch in the living room (for a surcharge)
  

• Due to the close location to the lake, spider web formation can also occur in the houses after the house preparation, even within a few hours
• The cottages / apartments have no mosquito screens.
